What kind of anti-virus software are you using?

Does your computer have anti-virus software installed?
If so, what are they and why you choose them?

 

I am using avast anti-virus software, its good and it was installed by the shopkeeper only from whom I bought my computer. I asked him to install best software in this business and he installed this one, is it good? Or should I go for Mcafee? Any suggestions.

Norton 2008, no problems so far, doesn't use so much system resources as the previous versions.

 

I use Avira antivirus personal ed & pc tools firewall.Both free & they provides great security.

 

Quick Heal is best for me.

 

I have installed Kaspersky and Windows Defender

 

Well it changes every month due to bugs.

Norton --> Eset NoD32 -->AVG 8.0

I use AVG, it's good & most important, it's free!

I use Avira because it is free. I have never been happier with an Anti Virus.

 

I'm using McAfee to which I initially subscribed based on their reputation. However, I may not renew if they can't fix the continual interruption in site protection that I've been experiencing.

 

I use Norton 2008.

But haven't there been about 5 different threads recently about this?

 

I have AVG free installed on my PC. I use it because its free!

 

I'm using Avast! and Kaspersky obviously on different computers.

 

I don't use any antivirus

 

AVG Antivirus. It's the best I've found so far

 

Kaspersky.
