What kind of adsense code is implemented here?

    been here lurking for years , and finally made the step to register
    as i have a question?

    I just opened the source code of this page to have a look and i never seen this adsense code this guy uses ?
    is he a premum publisher?

    Well i havent seen this code before ,
    and because of that i thought it could be premium ,
    although it looks pretty weird
