Go on to the free keyword tracker type it in to google, then type in proxies, and there you will see some good keywords which you can implement in to your own website.
The search volume would be pretty low to non existent your best bet would be to contact proxy owners directly.
Search volume for top keywords on proxy sites is massive, in the thousands easily.
