What keywords should I use ?

    What keywords should I use in the directory submission ?
    Only the main keywords I'm targeting or should I just paste the meta keywords tag?

    Depends on keyword richness & competition. Use keyword in anchor text.

    In the keyword box, it's not important what you put there. Just make sure you put the important keywords in the title.
