What keywords should I use for a website with a lot of topics?

    Hey,

I have a website (blog), that doesn't have a specific topic. It contains a lot of posts about almost everything in life.

My question is, if I'm exchanging links with someone or submitting my website/blog to directories, what keyword should I use?

    Would appreciate answers.

    Thanks!

This is one of the problems of having a website with no particular theme. You don't have any good keywords to target with your homepage. You would have to settle for a generic phrase like men's blog, interesting blog, general blog, etc. Of course you'd have to use something that actually gets searches. Try some phrases like that in Google's keyword tool.

Or you could ask them to link to a tag/category page or a specific post.

Use keywords from titles of your posts you think they are searched a lot and you have realistic chance to come on first Google page.
