Hi I want to research what keywords or search phrases people are using to reach my competitor's website. How can I do that? Is there any software to do this?

Hi akki123 Thanks, but that is not very helpful. i want to see list of popular search phrases - long tail keywords, etc that is getting traffic to a particular website. Isn't there a tool for this!?
spyfu, keyword spy - semrush.com (formerly seodigger) will show you what keywords they rank for in serps, which isn't quite the same thing, but can be useful.
