Use http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/ to get an overall idea about the volume of searches and the competition.
Then write some keyword rich articles and build backlinks (preferably from related sites).

    Good luck!

High paying and low competition rarely go together, unless you target a less known niche.

Maybe find some sort of middle ground, reasonable decent paying and reasonably competitive.

What i usually do is search on Google for keywords that have the least competition, but are still searched by alot of people. You then have less competition when focusing on SEO and you then get more visitors and clicks.

It will take you a while to get good keywords..use 7-10, the most important ones first and see how many people use those to get into your site and change them around until theres consistency

here i am asking nothing but just a few tips and guides from the expert, i am currently running a local hometown news sites, we do have a paper edition too, which we upload on the websites, now my problem is i dont have much of a user like thousands of thuosands but i confirmed that i do have hundreds of hits everyday and clicks around 50 to 60 clicks and my earnings are greater than page cpm and ecpm, so i think what i have come to my knowledge is that i am having a bad keywords on my sites.

    1. what would you suggest if you are in my case?
    2. should i used selected keywords or let my article and title be the keywords?
because my script can do that.

please anyone willing to help me out
