    Terrible.

I bought it last month with a new hard drive. First my favourite games like COD 2 dont work. That was after I had to swap graphics cards with my dad seen as me GeForce 7900GS didn't work on Vista.

It crashes around 4 times an hour, needs re-booting once every 90 minutes or so.

Did I mention I cant play any games as it hangs and I get the blue screen of death?

Im buying a new gaming PC for around $2500 next month. Getting google old XP pre loaded on it. Seems I wasted £100 buying vista

Some things like the Aero effects etc are great in Vista. The performance sucks, and that is what counts IMO :)

    Good luck. You'll need it

What are your current PC's specs?

I have been playing heavy games such as Prince Caspian, without any problems...

And, if you plan to buy a PC for $2500, then you should use Windows Vista. My PC cost me around $700 USD.

Buy Intel Extreme Processor, just a suggestion

In fairness, I have a Pentium D processor which they get a 4.7 in the performance rating screen. I scored 5.9 on the graphics card, and perfectly high for my 2GB RAM.

And why should I use vista if I spend $2500? if i spend so much i expect things to work, and i know XP does.

I don't really use it for gaming though, more multimedia stuff.
