    Imagine that. Luther taught his followers well. That's exactly what Lutheran ministers continue to teach their members: if we say something wrong, call us on it, walk out of the sermon, etc.

    Quite a contrast to the fanboyism of other religions that leads members to defend the wickedness of their leader (and other members) no matter what.

    are you a lutheran by chance? I have never heard a lutheran preacher teach their members to walk out on a sermon...:D

    It was quite the sermon. Something about flying monkies telling him the true gospel. When he was done he asked the congregation why they were still there and/or hadn't dragged him from the pulpit.

    I've heard ministers talk about it in bible studies as well.

    More religions should teach their members to question what their leaders are telling them and take action if needed.
