What is your reasoning on these Verses from the Kuran?

"....As to those women on whose part you see illconduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful),....( سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #34)
    .......................
33 The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: that is their disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in the Hereafter; ( سورة المائدة , Al-Maeda, Chapter #5, Verse #33)

    .....................

    (4) As to the thief, Male or female, cut off his or her hands: a punishment by way of example, from Allah, for their crime: and Allah is Exalted in power.
    ( سورة المائدة , Al-Maeda, Chapter #5, Verse #38)

    ............

    (29) (Here is) a Parable of the Garden which the righteous are promised: in it are rivers of water incorruptible; rivers of milk of which the taste never changes; rivers of wine, a joy to those who drink; and rivers of honey pure and clear. In it there are for them all kinds of fruits; and Grace from their Lord. (Can those in such Bliss) be compared to such as shall dwell for ever in the Fire, and be given, to drink, boiling water, so that it cuts up their bowels (to pieces)?
    ( سورة محمد , Muhammad, Chapter #47, Verse #15)
    ..............

In another place Muhammad punishes those who drink wine with lashes. How come in Paradise they are allowed to drink wine, but on Earth it is not OK?

You ask why Muhammad punishes those who drink wine with lashes. How come in Paradise they are allowed to drink wine, but on Earth it is not OK?

First, Muhammad didn't write that it all versus from Quran, so Allah who punishes who drink wine with lashes.

Why? it is simple, is wine delicious ? does it cause your conscience to fade and make unreasonable nor responsible actions?
As I believe the answer is yes for both, that's why Muslims are forbidden from drinking wine, to avoid having the consequences of making unreasonable actions they might regret later on. and in heaven they will drink as the wine in paradise is different than anything else, losing its bad effect over conscience and other organs keeping only the delicious part as a reward for the righteous.

    hope this helps.

    PS:
Muslims have their whole civilization from 1400 years ago started from only one man, so they had to convince people with argument, They have made a whole kind of acknowledgments only to convince others about Islam and to answer those who have questions about it. and called it "Ailm al kalam" or science of arguments. for 1400 years doing that with some of the smartest minds in the world, they handled books and books filled with such questions. So almost all kinds of Questions asked in this field have been answered millions of times, just search some more.

Let me show you where you are wrong. It is Muhamad who ordered the beatings/lashings, not God. Here is the proof.:
" (3) Narrated 'Uqba bin Al-Harith: When An-Nuaman or his son was brought in a state of drunkenness, Allah's Apostle ordered all those who were present in the house to beat him. I was one of those who beat him. We beat him with shoes and palm-leaf stalks. (Book #38, Hadith #509)"

Narrated' Uqba bin Al-Harith: An-Nu'man or the son of An-Nu'man was brought to the Prophet in a state of intoxication. The Prophet felt it hard (was angry) and ordered all those who were present in the house, to beat him. And they beat him, using palm-leaf stalks and shoes, and I was among those who beat him. (Book #81, Hadith #766 )"

Narrated Abu Salama: Abu Huraira said, "A man who drank wine was brought to the Prophet. The Prophet said, 'Beat him!" Abu Huraira added, "So some of us beat him with our hands, and some with their shoes, and some with their garments (by twisting it) like a lash, and then when we finished, someone said to him, 'May Allah disgrace you!' On that the Prophet said, 'Do not say so, for you are helping Satan to overpower him.' " (Book #81, 768 )

Narrated 'Umar bin Al-Khattab: During the lifetime of the Prophet there was a man called 'Abdullah whose nickname was Donkey, and he used to make Allah's Apostle laugh. The Prophet lashed him because of drinking (alcohol). And one-day he was brought to the Prophet on the same charge and was lashed. On that, a man among the people said, "O Allah, curse him ! How frequently he has been brought (to the Prophet on such a charge)!" The Prophet said, "Do not curse him, for by Allah, I know for he loves Allah and His Apostle." (Book #81, Hadith #771)

Narrated Abu Huraira: A drunk was brought to the Prophet and he ordered him to be beaten (lashed). Some of us beat him with our hands, and some with their shoes, and some with their garments (twisted in the form of a lash). When that drunk had left, a man said, "What is wrong with him? May Allah disgrace him!" Allah's Apostle said, "Do not help Satan against your (Muslim) brother." (Book #81, Hadith #772)

    You are a big fool......
You are trying to spit on moon and its falling on your own face......

I am not explaing your question for you because i know you dont want to learn anything, your only mission is to get promotion in "BS SPREAD MISSION" as soon as possible :D

But for other readers, it is not logical that Holy Prophet (pbuh) ask to Allah every time he has to take a decision. Allah (swt) forbid drinking as principle and stated the punishment for it. So Holy Prohpet (pbuh) gave those punishments by the will of Allah(swt)

    LOL.

You or (muhammad) got this one wrong too.

The Divine world is not like our world. The beings there don't depend on food, watter, and air as we do.

Open your mind and go read some good spiritual books.

Neh your style is dropping atomic bombs onto public, or terrorizing a whole country, simple vests would be too unsophisticated for you.

You can also go fight with the "evils" and teach them your holywillie lesson, instead of asking people to come to your overseas land all the time, or is it easier to sit at home, provoking people relying on anonimity and unexplainable forum tolerance about your hatred towards a single religion, and pretend to be the tough guy?

I just love it when people complain about anonymity when I'm the only one here using my real name.

I suppose that it's only a matter of time before some forum e-jihadi shows up at my home or office with a gun or a bomb vest, but I'm not going to let that knowledge affect my life.

My wifes family already wants me dead. That means that I already have decent security protocols implemented. I don't see any reason to raise my concern level due to a bunch of e-jihadi who probably couldn't get out from behind their computers to find me and earn their 40 virgins.

Thank you astire you’re a "well convinced muslim". May Allah bless you and eternal peace be on you.

OK, here are some questions for all knowledgeable muslims.
How come none of the Muhammad's (supposedly ordered by Allah) punishments were not given to Jesus?

Jesus even turned water in a wedding to wine. - At the marriage feast in Cana of Galilee recorded in John 2:1-11. ...............
"Did Jesus make intoxicating wine?" The answer most likely is no.

How come God never told Jesus the punishment for stealing is "cut the hand of the thief"?

How come God never ordered Jesus to make a war on the high priests and kill them since they were opposing him and were trying to kill him?

Muhammad as we all well know, led multiple wars and many people were killed in those wars.

Jesus didn't wage not even a single one.

And many, many other things Muhammad did that are exactly opposite of those Jesus preached.

IMO, God will never give a contradictory Divine teaching to the one he gave to Jesus. The Divine teaching of Jesus is still not applied yet. And Islam is not anywhere close in humanity to the Jesus Christ's teaching so people can say "Yeah, here is a better teaching than this of Jesus". Let's accept it.

So what is your point? Drinking is prohibited in Islam and the consumption of alchohol warrants a punishment. Simple.

About cutting of hands as a punishment of theft. Yes it is correct. The reason for such a strict punishment is to make an example out of the culprit.
