Walk 30min+ a day and do a 12 day fast with nothing but water. Take a week long break from the fast but keep walking. Repeat.
Honestly...Smoking Cigs has done wonders for me. I've lost close to 20 pounds with smoking a year now. I know the negative effects outweigh the postives...I actually started not to lose weight, but I was thoroughly impressed with the added weight lost. -Smoke

lol the last three responses were awesome. 1. Have lots of sex (such a good idea. you'll burn insane amounts of energy/fat during sex IF you do it right and can go for more than an hour like a star, as you should, tantra). 2. Smoke to lose weight (so true lol. smoking + coffee = new wardrobe) 3. Girl who thinks she's a fatty, makes herself throw up and would appreciate some help. (you're beautiful when you do not think as shallow as that. If you feel unhealthy, make yourself healthy. It's possible, you are not destined to an unhealthy body and body image. The only thing you need is to start today. Please trust me, I'm the worst procrastinator on the planet and it as very literally harmed my life.) All you need is the Will to make yourself better, today.
A sound mind in a sound body! - When we get our thinking right, our weight follows. Overweight thinking are thoughts about revenge, hate, jealousy, envy, "just this one time", "tomorrow ...", procrastinate etc They weigh us down ... and some of us might just eat a bit more - or less - because of it. I think "light weight thoughts" are thoughts of care, love, "make a difference in life", creativity etc
