It's a good-looking site and I have only a few minor suggestions slow down the animation on the main slider, it's a bit abrupt don't waste the strip at the top of the site with the mini menu (About us, faq) - build it into the main menu. fix the main menu at the top of the page when people scroll down Give a quick explanation about why installing the app is a good thing - secure bidding? don't ask people to subscribe the moment they come to the site, wait 30 seconds? If they're still there 30 seconds later they're less likely to be annoyed and more likely to subscribe
