My routine is:

Daily:
check gmail
check adsense
check adwords
check mcdar (keyword tool)
check digital point forum
check thehomelessguy's blog

Weekly:
check digital point (keyword tool)
check spiderfood forums
check site stats
check subscriptions I send to hotmail a/c

Just wondering what routine / seo tools / forums / affiliate programs / blogs / email / etc you frequent?

Check separate up to minute logfile
login to dp; check keywords
Go back to stats; and anaylize what happened from the last time I checked.
Smoke cigarette; drink coffee, feel better, check mail.
Wonder why I wasn't born rich instead of intelligent..

I try to; daily. It depends on my mindset:

Obtain at least one backlink. If the goings good; and I'm in the mood; I do more.
Try to update 2 blogs. This depends on whether I'm thinking clearly or not.
Work on at least one article, usually have a couple I'm working on.
Start hitting Mcdar tool, check keywords.
Try to find one page that I can improve, keyword/serps wise.
Work on page/pages that need to be uploaded. Goal is one a day.
Check on kw again. (theres a reason I'm called obsessive compulsive)
Update stats
Wonder what else I can put into my blog.
Wonder what's in the fridge.
Check forums - digital point and seochat are primary ones
Update stats *again*
Think about possibilities for all my other domain names.
