Mike, SEO can be a breeze if you can delegate it out. Right? Rob, You do know that SEO can be hard work sometimes right?? Well sometimes. John, i guess American Idol is not gonna make you rich and famous, stick to v7n and that will probably make you even more famous... yea.. sing in the bath. Are you going to sing at the directory convention?
Im amazed by the amount of people that go to Uni for 4-5 years and leave with £20,000 debt and then dont use what they have or cant find the employment, at least it seems common where im from. A relative of mine is one example. Im also amazed at the number of people that ive spoken to in my life who are at Uni and when you ask them what they would like to do when they graduate, they say "im not sure really" i just find that suprising.
Serg, I have a friend who graduated 2 years ago with multimedia and animation and she has not found a job in my town yet.. And becos she has got a aged mother here, she is hesistant to move to big cities like London to work there. A pity I think. pipes... I m not surprised to know that. I have tonnes of graduates friends who came out as a specialised degree holder doing something else from their specialities... Even lawyer friends who really just want to be simpler, and set up a cafe. I think we have reach a stage whereby people are studying not for the passion (majority) and rather for the sake of potential income... And when they realised after 4-5 years of studying that, their priorities has changed.. Not surprised at all. Just FYI, I was a college drop-out. I went to uni for 1 month (banking and finances) and realised that what I am learning is not going to make me a millionaire, so I took the hard way, learn things from the streets. Today, I am on my way to making more money than I ever will be as an employee. And i haven regretted my decision since.. Dun live life with regrets..
Absolutely, i imagine a huge number of people change their minds about their career path, i guess in the past i got the impression that many students were decided and done and that they must of known many years before what they wanted to do. Much like your own case, ive known of a few who realised that they were not going to make the desired money in what they first chose and so go it alone, and end up way more successful. Im not knocking any students as i realise that without the Uni graduates we wouldn't have the qualified Doctors, Surgeons etc
