    I'd say that the main thing in marketing a B2B brand is to aim at building a strong brand authority and recognition. Nowadays it's all about the power of the brand, customers tend to pay more attention to it rather than to the product itself.

    My biggest tip would be to one adopt an omnichannel approach to marketing and customer experience in general. The second thing I'd recommend B2B brands to do is to really map out the content they create and why they're creating it. Just as brack says above, you really need to know your audience's pain points and understand how your product or service does and doesn't address them. Then you need to create content that helps solve their problems/ these pain points regardless of whether they purchase your product/ services or not.

    One way you can achieve this is by using a content marketing matrix in tandem with a content inventory and content audit.
