What is your luggage profile while traveling? Do you travel light or is your baggage heavy while traveling? In my opinion, if you have packed wisely, you won’t need to carry your whole wardrobe with you. Travelling light is easy on you and will ensure that you don’t hog all the luggage compartments and racks in the plane/train or coach, which is rather rude.
I never check in luggage for domestic flights - it's just a backpack and laptop - it all stays with me. Internationally I take way too much and never learn.
Definitely all things light! One lightweight cabin-size lugguage, quick-dry clothes, mini shampoo bottles, lightwt torchlight, lightwt books, lightwt camera and just enough clothes for the whole journey.
Depends on the length of the trip I only travel somewhat heavy because I bring too much clothing along.. other than that, it's just my laptop and small essential things.
As long as i have my laptop packed im all set ...oh yeah throw a few clothes in there too. Student life is great
For domestic flights I prefer my luggage to be light weight, taking only those things that I know I'll need. But for international flights...a heavy luggage. I try to pack in all the stuff that I can.
