I'm just curious... Some people say they are just people that posts lots of posts per day...i've seen people that post lots of real, meaningful, discussion based posts and people call them spammers just because of this...when the actual posts themselves are not spam... I'm asking simply because I like to post a lot...why? not because I'm a spammer...but because I like to talk..and I seem to be decent at it...and I always try and make my posts decently sized and useful...i never post less than 5 words usually (and only then if it's just a quick casual reply where nothing more is needed)... I don't want to be marked a whore just because I post a lot...so i thought I'd ask...
If you do as you said above and don't break any rules then no one will call you a spammer. What certain members won't like though is repeated duplication of threads asking the same question again and again.
Example Forum Whore: Stealer Have a look at this character - he displays the textbook symptoms. Notice the way he starts a new thread every time he reaches a multiple of 100 posts to pat himself on the back (and up his post count). Notice how he posts about 75% of the posts in his own threads. He also had a high propensity to start bone threads like 'what's your favourite [insert word]?'
I do have a habit of posting more in my own threads...just because I like the topic...lol I'll have to work on that one thanks for the discussion ...thread sat for a bit and i thought i was gonna have to bump...lol
