I love jazz and funk. These genres tingle my ears all the time. Although I have a band that plays metal and nu metal, I still have jazz and funky music on my mp3 player or cellphone.
I recently bought a stereo headset off ebay It is headphones with a am/fm stereo tuner and antenna on it (no walkman) I turned the whole am and fm band, and the station I like is an Indian station I am not Indian and I do not know Hindi But there is English sometimes, and actually, I like it because I don't understand the words! The human voice is the most beautiful instrument (add with it the ambiant Asian sounds in freer form) I recognized its great not knowing the words, but hearing the range and feeling the sentiments and emotions of the musician I am American and as I got older and smarter, words on the radio and music in lyrics English are usually not good enough for me constantly It's best to find another language and international sounds.. Also, English makes me sick! These days I'd rather hear nothing, no one's words are good enough that I have access to.. Have a special day, Pumice
Rock is one thing, that gets me going...otherwise...all tym favorite remains to be soft, romantic numbers or instumentals.. they are awesome for every mood...
When I was young, anything hard is the only thing I wanted. But then when i Graduated, I settled for some melodic mainstream songs too but still. Rock is one of my best genres.
