Well for free styles I like either Absolution or SuperNova which are both created by christian bullock and can be seen on his site: christianbullock.com.
whether seo is depend on the themes what we are using. if anyone knows please let me know. bcoz the default theme of phpbb3 is prosilver. i like etech green.
