i have used Raven Tools free edition and I am very much impressed with results...because it shows detailed analysis of backlinks...means what is anchor text, PR of backlink, is it nofollow, etc.

 

I like SERP Assist. You can do anything with it in regards to SEO activities. For showing me web analytics, I favor Clicky.

http://www.backlinkwatch.com/ it finds nearly all your most important back links and tells you the anchor text and whether the link is no-follow etc

 

Google Webmaster Tools is the best.

 

I like Google Webmaster Tool.
