What is Your Favorite Restaurant

Besides H(.)(.)ters, what is your favorite restaurant?

Mine is Riva in Chicago. They have the best shellfish and grilled fish around.

Last week I had halibut with a pumpkin seed crust and then some homemade mango gelato for dessert- mmmmmmm!

 

I don´t know about my fave restaurant but this is one I´d like to own. Kublais in Hong Kong, cheap as chips and a great idea. Wish I had the dosh to franchise it here. It would go down a bomb.

You went down a line of fresh, prepared vegs, different meat, different seafood, rice, noodles, eggs and threw whatever you fancied in a bowl. At the end was a bank of different sauces and you chucked a bit of this and a bit of that in then handed it to the cook through the bottom of a glass window.

When your bowl arrived if it was absolutely rank, you just handed it back and started again. Most times it was great though. They charged the same price by head so you could go up as often as you liked too. First timers didn´t get it though. They piled their first bowl as high as possible instead of trying a couple of different combinations.

 

Roof Gardens & Taman Gang if you are in London (not to mention hungry + too rich)

 

The are a few local places here that are really good but noboby would know them unless they lived in this area. A chain I LOVE is Buca Di Beppo it's Italian family style. I just love to going to their restaurants anywhere I can.

Stoney River ranks up on my list.

With a couple drinks dinner for 2 can easily top $200 so if you're on a budget this may not be one of your first choices

 

I guess they are not famous for their web design too

 

Nope, their site awful Today was the first time I had ever been to their site...thankfully their food is significantly better

I've never heard of that place, GFC. I'll have to swing up to Deerfield some night to check it out.

My favorite is The Keg that you can find in most places in Canada. The Spanish restaurant Rioja in Bangkok is really good too.

My fave restaurant is Demuths organic, vegetarian in Bath England.

 

When I was in Chicago I went to Tilted Kilt, I could eat there every day

 

I like greek food, so I'll say that greek restaurants are my favorite. I'm actually not that picky, so any good food will do

 

KFC ....... it's my favorite restaurant.........

 

Simple, I like Cici's Pizza. Yes, I know, not the best, but I love their brownies and sticky buns! <3
