For me A thick Fruit Milk Shake 250 Ml that's enough. It will give me all nutritious to my body. I always Prefer Apple Milk Shake and one Banana for Dinner. Regards, Roger
For me it depends on the season and or weather. I do love soups like pho and curry. I also like spinach salads or a 7 layer salad. But I do love a variety of pasta dishes. One can never go wrong with pasta.
My favorite food for dinner would be either steak and baked potatoes with candied carrots or beef fried rice with a few spring rolls on the side. Haven't had either in a while sadly :/
I go for my staple food - "Matooke" is the local name. Its a type of raw bananas, better steamed and mashed. Tastes good with most stews especially peanut sauce.
