    I thought this is known as Thosa, and it come with a variety of fillings, onion, egg etc. Quite interesting, tried it once, the way they make the thosa is fantastic though.

    My Favorite Dish is Enchillada's I enjoy them because It is my own recipe and it is so full of flavor. It also makes me feel good that my family enjoys them A LOT!

    I love all foods...but give me a nice Greek lamb souvlaki with lots of tsasiki sauce and a Greek salad ...
    yumm!
    then for desert something chocolate and decadent ;)
    with a speciality coffee to top it all off...:D
