What is your diversification?

I see that many folks appear to have adsense as only part of their web income. (not including "day" jobs)

So I was curios how many people are well diversified? My personal goal is to have adsense as 2/3 or less and have other affiliate or other programs generating the other 1/3 web income.

I am currently running 99% of web income from adsense only, so I have a long way to go. Are their others in the same boat...trying to diversify? Any tips to get there?

Here is where most of my income is generated:

Web Design
Web Hosting
Consulting
Sub-contract web development
Online marketing for others
Part time job (one day a week - don't really need it, it gets me out of the house)
Adsense
Amazon
CJ affiliates (and others)
Private ad sales on my sites
PC support

 

My primary business is Linux Consultancy.

At the moment, the amount I'm making from Adsense is absolutely tiny by comparison, but hopefully I'll be in the UPS club this time next year

 

2/3 of my income is from a private advertisers
1/3 of my income is from adsense on two other sites that I am trying to get built up until they are big enough to talk to advertisers directly.

 

Electronic delivery and real products are my main income, adsense is a nice bonus.

 

My main job is as an hourly consultant and I have a nice retainer contract, but I got serious about doing affiliate program income in December because I realized if something ever went south with that, I'd be screwed. Right now AM is about 5% of my income and AdSense is about 25% of that. I'm spending a lot of my extra time to grow both of those figures substantially.

%100 adsense. that needs to change. Any suggestions?

 

I make all my income online. I hope to though make it 100% in websites and adsense sometime in the next year or so.

In fact, I haven't joined adsense yet. lol

 

I get about 1% of my income from my websites however I am trying to push this to be 100% by the end of the year which is a pretty tought goal right now.

As for adsense right now it makes up a very tiny part of this 1% but to be honest it is only recently like about 4 weeks ago that I even started doing anything with it - the rest come from affiliate programmes with cj, tradedoubler and the independents.

I would like to split the adSense between 2 providers, but to be honest I am happy as it is now... when they pay on time
