What is your current PC/Laptop/Gaming Build?

    Write down your specs here and tell us would you upgrade something (video card, CPU, etc.) and why?

    Here is my PC:
    CPU: AMD Phenom II X2 550 3.1 GHz (overclocked to 3.6 GHz)
    GPU: Sapphire HD5770 FleX Edition 1 GB
    Motherboard: ASRock AliveXFire-eSATA2 (very very old one)
    PSU: 300 watt FSP Fortron (tough guy as hell, very satisfied! I don't even know how it supplies my GPU :D)
    RAM: 5 GB
    HDD: 1x500 GB + 1x160 GB
    Case: Some shit named Quantum :D (it was for sale for 2 dollars at eBay back when I was building my PC so I said so what, it's ass free :D)
    I can play heavy duty games like GTA V and Crysis 3 on medium graphics with some decent frame rate. GTA V is my favourite, though.

    I'm thinking of buying a new laptop, not gaming, mainly for work but in my free time I like to play games so I need it to be with some decent specs. Anyone would suggest me something in the range of $700-800 USD?

    I got a pc emachine from 2009ish. Its still kickin and going strong in 2016. I dont ever play video games since maybe nintendo 64 back in 99-00.

    This rig is about 3 or 4 years old now, I think. I spent about 18 months buying parts and watching them build up on my bedroom floor. Each part inspired the next, until I had them all.
    So, doing it that way, it was a new and decent upgrade (or build) for me, but already outdated by the time I built it.
    I'm getting on now at 48 years old, so I'm not in a hurry to keep building new computers anymore. If it works well, I stick with it.
    I used to game a lot (Delta Force Land Warrior, BF2, BFBC2, Titanfall, BF4), but I can't afford to get too lazy, so I've taken a break for a while.

    You rig is pretty good. This thread was posted in February. I wonder if you upgraded or bought that laptop.
