What is your CTR Rate @position #1 in Google SERP (for a given keyword)

Last month, one of our directors asked me to record keyword-positions and Click-Through-Rate (CTR) of each keyword in Goolge (organic) result pages.

The purpose of creating such a list was to predict number of visits to a website if optimised for position 1 in Google. Then I thought I can do it much better with the help of DP members.

Here I am sharing my keyword, keyword-position in Google, Country, total visits, Approx Avg Search Volume (according to Google KeywordToolExternal) and CTR.

Keyword,----------Position in Google, Monthly Visits, Country, Approx Avg Search Volume, CTR

    Cannondale 2009, ---------- 1------------, ----- 1,511, -----, --- UK, ------------------ 1900, --------, 75%

What is your keyword and CTR? Please share your data, it will help all of us in predicting future traffic to our websites.

    Please note that:
    1. Keyword phrase must not be longer than 3 words.
    2. No porn, gabling, illegal sites/words
    3. No blogs, just websites

I don't know. But sometimes, I'd rather have 100 visits per 100 different words at 1% each, than 10 visits for 1 other word at 10%.

Much of my success comes from a broad vocabulary, even including plurals and singulars.

I suppose what you are after could help the right person for some reason, but it would be much too micro-detailed for me to keep track of.

Thanks for your comments. I agree KTE is pretty rough, often. We can't find it with 100% accuracy, however we can have a "rough estimate" for different types of keywords and can have an idea about % of accuracy.

Thanks a lot for link to article :)
