Why do you want to know? What's the point?

I just would like to know because I am wondering what the average CPM should be for future planning, if my CPM is too high I would like to know, if it is too low then I would like to know.

It will help me determine what the future has in store, also I hear of people getting CTR's of 10%, and I would like to know how that is achieved.

Along with breaking TOS, there is no such thing as an "average" CPM or CTR. There are so many factors which affect it, there is no way to compare sites to each other.
