    HERE in INDIA it is "BHAANG" which is mixed in juices for getting kick during festivals etc.. this is INDIAN traditional drink

    As an American expat residing in the Philippines, I enjoy San Miguel, which not only is good quality but is cheaper than coke here.

    But as far as a truly native drink, what about lambanog, which as I understand is a local wine made from coconut or sugar cane?
