What's your conversion rate for your campaign? (i.e. clicks per leads) Mine's approximately 5%, for quite expensive ($500+) items.
However you might want to try and find less expensive, not so mainstream keywords, or try the other search engines.
Just under 1% - but we're travel so that's not too bad, especially as we're not online bookable (yet)
Conversion rate is an important metric, but I pay more attention on CPA since this determines whether a campaign is profitable or not.
2.5% is industry average, so if you are running close to this then you are doing fine. Though there are some industries that get a lot of window shoppers like travel and real estate, where the conversions are much lower.
Mine is currently at 3-4%, however this does depend on the industry you are in and how profitable you are per conversion.
hi JAMES P,, your conversion rate is very good one........ I usually see 2-3%.... it also depends in wat industry u r working?? is it more profitable to u? hoping,it helps u...
Used to have 4% CR on a gambling product ROI of around 800% until Google decided some gambling ads werent allowed anymore.
my 90% of campaigns have less than 2% conversation rate. very hard to get above 2% in this recession days.
