This is just general research I want to hear from typical online consumers, preferrably webmasters issues are more of concern, but I don't mind having other people as they will probably the same as anyone elses. I want to know what is your biggest problem in terms of being online/offline? Is it not having enough control of your content? Is it not having enough security of your platform? No way of knowing your site/service is secured every minute of every day? Is it that your sites are too slow and don't have the ability to self expand? Is it that you don't know how to fully develop and utilize your service agreements? (e.g. tos, privacy, etc) Let me know your problem. I have a range of colleagues ready to research a typical consumer problem, and you might find a service released represented on your submittion. NOTE: Problems like "lack of investment", "not enough payment for my job", "too many typos on sites" or something that can't be solved by a specific company isn't really useful to me. I know they can be solved in a couple of ways, but of course, they require much more intensive tasks that usually end up a failure.
