Honestly, I have the same frustration as you. But now I decided to start with article marketing and link building (for which, I also need to learn too).

One of my frustrations is thinking of many things to do but there is only limited time to do everything. I guess I should make a priority list and do it one at the time. Also, boredom is one of the biggest enemies of being internet marketing business.

This was a good thread :p
Looks like for most people they are having information overload frustration.

Perhaps it would be refreshing if there was a product out there that wasn't just another "shiny object" but it actually said, "Hey, here are the basics of what to do. Get this part down and then move to the next thing."

staying focused is my biggest frustration. It is so easy to get distracted just by opening your emails and something catches you eye and off you go looking into something else

My biggest roadblock when i was getting started was Target Traffic.
I started as a affiliate marketer and couldn't get to the level i wanted to
at the begining because i didn't have enough traffic.

I think thats the biggest hurdle for most people. That and information overload.

Actually, for me it's the another way around because after struggling over having a hard FULL time working alone to manage my small internet business and thinking time wasn't always enough, Outsourcing has changed my thinking better now to focus on much prioritized things rather than overloading myself with repetitive admin tasks which I also consider crucial in the business. As I've got one staff doing that in place, I can say I have even more time to see how my business is growing its earnings with less pressure.

In the end, it's all about providing good choices, references and complete attention to finding the real effective staff to help you. Once that's done, everything is worth it. :)
