My mostly not webmaster related site has 185K alexa rank and 4000 visitors daily. I agree that alexa rank is a pretty useless metric. I do like that they measure good traffic over January, when my own statistics show it was slightly less then in December... Alexa has this to say about its information:
One at 700k and one just under a million. I've got alot of work ahead of me. Something that I consider to be Alexa's most serious flaw is that it doesn't work with Firefox! I don't know anybody that still uses Internet Explorer, therfore, I don't know anybody that has an Alexa tool bar anymore. How good of a methodology is that?

Today:36,422 1 wk. Avg:64,675 3 mos. Avg:490,945 2 week old proxy site. Very bad method of ranking sites compared to some of my others it's way off course.
One of my sites is 22K alexa with about 7500-8000 uniques per day, and 50,000 clicks per day. Another one is 216K with 1000 uniques per day and 3500 clicks. Another one is 318K with abot 250 uniques per day and 750 clicks
