    I have a site that has ~7k uniques a day and 35k pv a day with no alexa ranking.

    Not sure why they matter. . . they don't pay my bills.

    Typo on the 3-7 uniques per day?

    It doesn't directly matter, btu when a potential advertiser looks at my site and sees that my site has an Alexa <50k, it helps.

    Yes. I typed 3, looked at my stats and it was 7.

    I never thought about the ad revenue thing. Good point. I recently changed domain names so that could be the reason. I did a header refer so the page rank already shows up as pr4 but alexa never heard of me.

    I stopped using it long time back before using ad sense. Alexasurf got me around 500 uniques/daily (99% useless traffic)

    dam my forum dropped from 241k to 311k lol, i havent been working on getting traffic like before, used to get 4k uniques now only 2k

    One with 108K the rest between 200K and 600K it would nice to know associated traffic as well.

    the 108K is about 150 unqiues/200 PV a day while the others range from 20 to 100 uniques and 20 - 300 PVs

    I think it really depends on who your traffic is, webmaster traffic = higher alexa cause they all have the bar uploaded, In my opinion

    should we really be paying attention to Alexa? A friend of mine has a site that has 11k uniques per month and another that ranks about 44k on Alexa. Now I have a site that has about 60k uniques per month that ranks about 90k. Whats the sense in that?!?!

    3 months ago, my site's alexa was somewhere close to 3700000 but now its just 46328 . the site in question gets around 1500+ uniques daily. hope it will be within first 30k within this month. :)
