    Here is my favorite SEO tool. I cant call it software because you can use it online for free. Its backlink watch tool: http://www.backlinkwatch.com/. I used that tool if i want to analyze my competitor's backlinks. with this tool you would also know if that specific backlink uses a "no follow" tag.
