A recent thread on What is your favorite Directory submission service/tool pointed me to some good resources. I gave up on the service I had selected and used one that was recommended, with good results.

Please recommend the Article submission service or tool that you like.

For articles, I like to use:
    ezinearticles.com
    goarticles.com

As far as directories, I usually just find a nice post with a laundry list and go for it ;)

As an owner of an article directory (ArticleOnRamp.com), I see a lot of articles come in from Article Post Robot. Granted not all of the users use it properly, but it seems to be a nice piece of software.

digiXmas has good article submitter as well.

    Hope this helps.

I have my own scrip that submits to any ArticleDashboard-script based directory.

Thinking on creating a paid service for that. Wondering if there's an interest in this type of service.

If anyone wants some beta-testing service with discount - just hit me up on ICQ: 709 333 25

    Some lil features list:

    Author registration
    Email confirmation
    Pen (author) name insertion
    Submission + status check
    IE or Firefox headers

Thank you guys for the suggestions.

    Speaking of Artemispro:
After seeing sspoldir's suggestion, I Googled some reviews on ArtemisPro ($105), and came across a free version of Artemis Lite at http://www.download.com/Artemis-Lite/3000-2650_4-10582691.html

From that page, it seems that Artemis Lite = Artemis Pro except that:
    a) Artemis Lite is free. (ArtemisPro gives 8 week money back guarantee.)
    b) Artemis Lite (free) does not allow you to add Article-Submission-Sites to the original list that comes in the internal database. ArtemisPro ($105) allows you to add to the database. As far as I can tell, Artemis Lite and ArtemisPro come with between 500 and 900 article submission sites already listed.

I prefer manual submission, I know it sucks, boring & tedious too, but still it works. :)
