    I like good old html, like Mom used to make.

    But I've played around with Drupal, and if I ever decide to move into the 21st century, I'll go with that.

    There are ton of good open source CMS systems out... joomla is good as well as for windows os .Net Nuke is a good one. These are not "out of the box" solutions. A good background in cooding is a smart idea as well as ability to manage your own web server is a plus.

    Some basic "out of the box" CMS solutions might be Dreamweaver, FrontPage, etc. If you not a code these are probably a better bet.

    These are some CMS that you should not try to play with if you are a noob.

    Krang and bricolage is the master of CMS. Bricolage power some yahoo sites and Krang powers W.H.O. site.

    For people like us there is new creation of CPG called dragonfly. it is great cms for entertainment and rich content site.
