I used to promote my affiliate links on Y.A. when they had just launched. About a year later they started to remove posts as well as entire questions that mentioned affiliate sites. They will even ban your Yahoo account from Y.A. as site promotion is considered to be SPAM posts. Overall, it is not worth it anymore.
