I still didn't go payed for 3 months, they don't answer to mails, the contact from the publisher panel is useless. It never happen something like this to me and I'm working with a lot of companies like TribalFusion, Amazon, Adsense, BurstMedia. It's the worst experience I ever had, I don't recomend to anyone to signup with them.
Call them, send a fax. Email the CEO if you have to. The email/phone number is on the web site somewhere.

Well, this month payment (september) was not issued like usual. I sent an email but no answer. I think I should call them... This is the first time they do this... WELL they responded quickly and the problem will be fixed next week
I have the same problem as the auther of this thread , they say that they have paid me and even i havnt entered my payment info yet... wtf? , i email valueclickmedia like 10times in the past 2 months and they never responded, i have also tried in profile messages but no luck... im really disappointed from their support,
Glad to see ValueClick are on the case to sorting this out. I've used them in the past and have been happy with the results. I don't use them anymore as they deleted my account for not getting enough traffic.
