What is wrong with this code?

    I have some problem with one of my this code.
    It does not work in IE,Opera,Firefox and shows a up an error on right click "movie not loaded".
    It works fine in Google Chrome.

    Here is the code i use:
    The same code is also located at this page where it works fine in every browser:

    There is no source to the flv video in the code. Maybe that's why.

    Added:

    Checked the code. Maybe the site doesnt allow external sites to play the stream.
