I have a Google Adwords Account that has sufficient funds, 10/10 Quality score and I pay a lot pr keyword (just to test)but it doesn't show. No error message. Only telling that it does not show. All lights are green and there is no set maximum budget. A bit frustrated and need advice.
I had this happen once and it some how was turned off inside under: administration - Account status (it is a link, just doesn't look like one on the page)
