Probably because there's no accountability for you to produce results. Make an offer that you can increase their ranking to X for Y dollars depending on what the keywords are.
Right, but how can you do that if your only offering information? Could I give some people free trials and then use those as testimonials?
People don't really know your past experience. If you really want to kick things in high gear you should make a website outlining your expertise and the projects you have done. People want to see that you have done some high quality work so they know to expect a good service and are willing to pay more.
You have written absolutely nothing on that thread. While the heading may seem of some interest to people hence you have so many views, but when it comes to people who are actually looking for it, you disappoint. It looks shallow.
