What is wrong with the Code on one of my pages?

    The page with the problem is: http://www.th4u.com/embassies.htm.

    Actually, it is working without a glitch in IE (I'm using v.7), but there is a problem in Firefox (v.3.0.5).
    Internal HTML links do not work.
    A.K.A. pair tags: 
    <a name="NAME"></a>
    Code (markup):
    - target location, and 
    <a href="#NAME"></a>
    Code (markup):
    - link to target location.

    To see the problem just go to the above link, and once the page is loaded, click on any one of the flag images...
