What is wrong with Plesk?

    I just ordered a new dedicated server;

    CENTOS CentOS 4.6-32
    SWSoft Plesk - 30 Domain w/ Power Pack 8.2.0 Linux


    plesk is not working, i don't know am i doing the right thing but i tried


    [root@ikinci ~]# service psa status
    psa: unrecognized service

    Try https://yourip:8443 to see if you can get at the Plesk Controlpanel screen. If not better complaint and get the dedicated server company to fix it first. Plesk support is not cheap so you need to ensure everything is working after getting the server from your host.

    If you ask me...everything is wrong with plesk...the worst paid cp in the market...would never use it again! lol
