No matter what topic I chose and I fill or choose every possible field I get this message: --- Currently, we provide support in English. Please use a supported language when contacting us. Some of your information is incomplete. Please provide the required information. --- I am angry becuse they charged me for the subscription that was not on list and now I can't asked them a simple question and try to solve the problem. What is your experience with Paypal and their support.
Just got the answer on e-mail. I replied to one of the previous auto-response e-mail from Paypal. I don't like the anwser and I will cancel Paypal account this moment. Still would like to hear you experience and see am I the only one with the problem. I asked Paypal 7 days prior to new susbcription charge and followed their instructions. I know that on the page with subscriptions there was no list and now they are making me crazy. Since there support page is not working at all I don't trust them any more. This is a very good reason why there should be good competition.
You belong to which country??? I get the reply with in 2 days normally.... Also did you fill all the option???
I am in Europe and I wrote message in English. Trust me, I filled all options. Checked it twice every time. I tried at least 6 different pages in different fields. Some with only two drop-down options and single input form for messages. It does not work even for Topic: Business Soutions, Subtopic: Partnership Opportunities I tried that just for test. So much of that.
OK. Here is the deal. Their support page (page where you should be able to send question) really does not work. As of reccuring subscribtions I might got something wrong and I am waiting for answer from PayPal. In the meantime maybe someone can tell me does this mean I don't have reccuring subscribtions "My Preapproved Payments You haven't set up any Preapproved Payments yet. They're an easier and more secure way to send money or automate payments. To get started, go to our client's website that offers PayPal Preapproved Payments." I am not native english speaker so I might don't understand it correctly.
I dont like paypal system, but there is no apparent competition and the entire internet is working on their system, we simply have no choice. The last 2 months I'm not working on this payment system, and choose bank transfer, they are much more comfortable and safer. In case of problems, I get all the necessary consultations.
24 hours past and there is no replay --- Date: Sun, 27 Nov 2011 19:52:19 +0100 Thank you for contacting PayPal. This is an automatic reply to let you know we've received your message. Please don't reply to this email. We'll respond to you within 24 hours. If you have a question or problem that needs immediate attention, please log in to your PayPal account and go to 'Contact Us'. We look forward to helping you. ----- As of calling them they don't work during weekend. Just 8.00 and 4.30 GMT Monday to Friday. It hard for me to call during my working hours.
i wonder if your browser is pre-loading it with a certain 'auto-fill' option of non-English. maybe try another browser with a cleared cache...
I would appreciate if few forum members can tell if I am wrong This is first page with "My preapproved payments" BEllow the text are recent transactions Becuse of that I clicked link "preapproved payment plans" expecting to see list of preapproved payments. Afterall it says "Can’t find what you need? Try the preapproved payment plans page." Thank you in advance.
I don't want to argue with someone over the phone. And beside I am not fluent in English. I sent them two e-mails and ask them simple question does text from 2nd screenshot mean I don't have reccuring subscription. Both times I got long e-mail with explenation how to check reccuring susbscriptions. Now I sent them screenshot asking to answer with simple Yes or No. I am asking here native speakers of english to tell me do I understand it correctly. Does this mean I don't have preapproved payment or reccuring subscription? Is that the same thing? "My Preapproved Payments You haven't set up any Preapproved Payments yet. They're an easier and more secure way to send money or automate payments. To get started, go to our client's website that offers PayPal Preapproved Payments." I accept when I am wrong. Thank you a lot.
