    there are various SEO plugins available for WP like title plugin, meta tag plugin, nofollow plugin etc. it is as simple as to add as other plugins.just go to Plugin panel, click on Add New, browse a plugin, upload it and activate it. if used in proper manner then they do help in increasing traffic

    Yes it works ... but take care some settings for the plugin put the same page title for all pages.

    Try "All in SEO pack", it will help you to improve you traffic, if you will be using it RIGHT :)
