My client would ask me for Xrumer.i dont have any idea about that and he told me that it is very fast technique to ranking up your website.can anyone suggest me that how can i use it..? and is it whitehat or blackhat..?
Xrumer is a tool to automatically post to thousands of forums. It's essentially a spamming tool and is very black hat. You can get ranked using tools like that, but your positions are not likely to last very long. Personally, if your site has any value to you over and above a short term quick win, I'd recommend that you stay well away from that sort of technique.
That is a spamming tool. Some say it's worthy if used properly, you can make it look as a white hat tool. It's very expensive though.

Links from Xrumer will get deindexed quickly (after indexed) hence your site's ranking will drop quickly (after temporary gain in ranking). You need to keep blasting your site regularly to get the best result and of course it's costly not just software but private proxies and decent dedicates server.
It is a tool for forum spamming. Someone asked for ways of posting to thousands of forums with duplicate BST thread, he was reccommended with xrumer.
