    some registrar will give you API , site etc and you can sell domains under your own name/brand.

    yeah almost all big domain registrars offers such service via api , reseller program

    I think, ENOM.com doesn't offer White Labeled Registration service. ResellerClub provides this service.

    they give API so you can programatically do any stuff :) best ex : namecheap.com
