    it's a paid service, there's a sliding scale based on annual pageviews but I think it starts at about $1500 per year.

    WebTrends is paid web analytics tool, i think some big companies are using this web analytics tool because mid size or small website owners cant affordable it. and for using this tool you also need some programming skills for pulling data from log files.

    I think google analytics has best features so it can usable by small and mid size business owner.
