Google web 2.0 wiki! Post relevant niche related content to your web 2.0 properties and link back to your site. Build some links to the web 2.0's. You should note that you can get an insane amount of direct traffic to some of the web 2.0's so think about writing some great content and get some traffic to your site directly. Not quite sure what you mean by your bookmarking question. I use socialADR it can be free, if you want to spend a little time on it, or you can spend a small monthly fee if you haven't got time. Social bookmarking links don't carry the biggest amount of weight, I like to get some in, to dilute my anchor text and for variation.
