    hi guys plz tel me what is way to recover your website ranking if hit by panda updates can any body tel me this updates only for some time than site come back again ranking or if site is hit by panda than never come again with old ranking ? what we need to do to safe from panda updates or if hit by panda than what need to do ? plz help me thanks

    Upload content with great value to your site consistently. panda was about removing pore quality content from the web.
    Build diverse and quality backlinks to the great pages you do have on your site.

    Foremost thing is only content.If you can only upload unique content on your site,your site rank will surely boost>>no need to go for other seo strategies.
